One Day is the brainchild of Kyler Griffith, a Texas native inspired by his desire to know more about the cocktails he’d tried while on trips around the United States. When asked about when he would open his own bar, Kyler would always respond, “One day…” That is until, after years of investing in the drink industry around Waco and being given the opportunity by his longtime boss and close friend Blake Batson, one day became One Day.

One Day is a space that is meant to be consumed all day. Whether it be coffee during the day or a cocktail at night, One Day’s menu is made to educate and inspire its consumers. Many items on the menu are classics, items that can be ordered anywhere, followed by re-imagined versions that can be found exclusively at One Day. With seasonal and rotating menus, One Day ensures a unique and fresh experience with each visit.

In addition to cocktails, wine, beer and coffee, One Day also partners with local food trucks that highlight the items on their menu.
